USF  >  College of Engineering  >  IMSE  >  Academics  >  Graduate Programs  >  MS IE  >  Application Procedure

The procedures for applying for admission to the graduate program are detailed in the university catalog and at the USF Graduate Admissions web site. A downloadable Graduate Application Form is available on the USF Graduate ADMISSIONS Web Site, http://www.grad.usf.edu, or through USF’s web site, http://www.usf.edu. A brief summary of application procedures is given below.

Office Of USF Graduate Admissions Regulations:

The application fee must accompany ALL applications. This fee cannot be waived. Two official transcripts from all previous institutions must be forwarded to the Office of Graduate Admissions (FAO 126) University of South Florida, 4202 E. Fowler Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33620.

ALL students are admitted for a specific semester and MUST validate acceptance by enrolling for the semester to which they were accepted, or MUST submit in writing to the Admissions Office a request of change of admission date within 6 months of acceptance. The deferment form can be found at the following website: http://admissions.grad.usf.edu/defer.html. After one such request, a new application/fee is then required. See USF academic calendar for dates http://www.registrar.usf.edu/enroll/regist/calendt.php
