Mathematics Requirement (6 Hrs)

+Particular course choices dependent on EE technical area and student objectives.

 

Electrical Option Core Sequences (12 Hrs)

+Two core sequences, two courses each, with the second course of each sequence requiring a graduate course prerequisite.

 

+Sequence from existing option tracks within the MSEE program.

 

Electrical Engineering Electives (3 Hrs)

+The elective must be a EE 6000 level course.

 

Complimentary Sequence (12 Hrs)

EIN-5322 Principles of Engineering Management (Required).

EIN-5350 Technology and Finance or EIN-6386 Management of Technological Change (Required).

+Two three hours elective courses from the MSEM program (Required).

 

General rules for the MSEE degree apply:

+Total of 16 Hrs. at 6000 level.

+13 Hrs. of 6000 level work must be regularly scheduled and graded courses.

+Total Hrs. for the degree in 33 Hrs. if no Thesis and 36 Hrs. if a Thesis is included.

 

Four hours comprehensive exam would consist of one-hour test prepared by the Industrial Engineering Department.
